We recently stayed at a property in Zakopane and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to mountain trails and within walking distance of everything in town. the staff at the property were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we had an unfortunate incident with our towels getting wet in the rain. They quickly replaced them for us. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options including cheeses, hams, fruits, and vegetables. the recreational areas and views from the room were also amazing. We particularly enjoyed the tennis court right outside the hotel. we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Cons: Nothing to mention.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a good night's sleep. It is also very safe, and the town centre is easily accessible on foot within 10/15 minutes. The rooms are reasonably sized, and even though they are a bit dated, the bathrooms have been renovated and are lovely. The breakfast is served from 8-10:30, which suited us fine as we were leaving at 9 every morning to go hiking. The staff is very friendly and the service is good as well.
No significant issues, everything was fine.

The rooms at the Telimena are amazing! They have a private bathroom with toiletries, which is really convenient. The work desk is great for catching up on emails or planning the day. As a traveler who values privacy and comfort, I really enjoyed my stay here.
The only downside for me was the electric kettle in the apartment. It wasn't working properly, but hey, that's just my personal experience.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with nearby mountain trails and a quiet environment. We appreciated the friendly service of staff and the renovated bathrooms. the breakfast offered a variety of traditional Polish options with plenty of choices.
The room cleaning was not up to par with basic practices such as not changing bed sheets and having a strong odor that was difficult to air out.

Our Xmas stay was great! We enjoyed the SPA area with aquapark and had a blast bowling. The location was perfect - not too far away from town's center but in a quiet area, perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of cheeses, hams, fruits, vegetables, eggs. We especially enjoyed the traditional Polish breakfast options.
We had a few small issues during our stay. The cleaning was very basic, and we did not have our sheets changed for our entire stay, which was a bit disappointing.
